Meghan O'Brien

Meghan O’Brien-Sabatino has been a Realtor since July 2005. Together with her business partner and sister, Kelly, they have 10 years of real estate experience.

Meghan joined Gobber Real Estate in August 2007. Working as “The O’Brien Team”, Meghan and Kelly have proven to be multi-million dollar producers year after year. Although they specialize in first time home buyers, “The O’Brien Team” has sold across the spectrum, from relocation buyers to move up sellers or sellers downsizing into a smaller home.

As part of her continuing real estate education, Meghan has achieved her Certified Negotiating Consultant designation. As a Certified Negotiator, Meghan has produced top dollar for her sellers, as well as negotiated the best prices for her buyers.

A life long resident of Westchester, Meghan knows the community, as well as the surrounding towns, very well. She has a great grasp of the market, including the current market conditions. She is a graduate of Divine Providence Grade School as well as Immaculate Heart of Mary High School. She and her husband, Ray Sabatino, currently reside in Westchester.

Meghan received her Bachelors Degree in Corporate Communications and Journalism with an emphasis on Public Relations from Northern Illinois University. Before becoming a Realtor, Meghan worked for a PR firm specializing in PR for home builders and worked at Genworth Financial, processing for mortgage underwriters.
